Office Action
An Office Action is a letter from the USPTO notifying a trademark applicant that there are issues with the trademark application. For example, your trademark might get refused for being too similar to a competing product, or it might get refused as being “merely descriptive” of the goods or services that you provide under your mark. Beertrademark.com will let you know if/when an Office Action is received and can also assist you with an appropriate response to the Office Action. If you do not file a response to the Office Action, your trademark application will go abandoned, and you will lose your trademark rights. The type of Office Action your trademark has received will determine the price we charge. Office Actions range from $50 (for a simple issue) to S600+ depending on what type of arguments we need to make. Ask us for a more personalized quote.
